A solid 2-3/8" wide replacement lever cap for Stanley's No. 4-1/2, 5-1/2, 6, and 7 metallic bench planes from the 1ype 19 era (1948-1961). It has some wear in the original nickel plating, as well as some surface scuffs. It has a "U" cast in the recess. It will also work fine with types 16-18 as the specs are the same - only the markings (and, in some cases the finish) would be different. Similarly, it will work on the BEDROCK versions of the above sizes as well, as the style is the same for the type 10 BEDROCK versions (besides the casting(s) on the back). It does have a very tiny chip in one of the corners that is mainly visible from the back side.
