But now my health has changed, I have no kids and if Gods will, I will be retiring and moving to Philippines in 2028. So I am slowly selling off tools (and other things) that I know I will not be hauling across the world.
Stanley #5 Jack Plane, I think this is a type 6, may be a 7, look at the photos to judge for yourself. The iron is later from a type 11. The tote it missing, the tote long rod is bent on one end and the lateral adjuster lever is missing the small tab. I have never seen these missing before. The lever cap is chipped on the end and there is a small chip in the mouth behind the iron, so it will not affect the use at lest it wouldn't to me.
Great plane for parts or to make a scrub plane out of. I was going to buy a tote turner from woodya and make this a shooting plane since I already have 2 scrub planes, but I ain't never going to do that now.
My health is having issues, if I get it straightened out soon, we are planning to retire to the Philippines in 2028, I am not taking a lot of my tools, so they are going up for sale a few at a time. Buy my stuff!
