This part is Stanley mitre box part No. MB-71 Swivel (complete) It is for No. 3 frames which includes the No. 346, 358, and 360 Mitre Boxes. It has a blue finish, which was used in the 1930's. A previous owner has painted the tip red - likely for identification. The swivel is complete with all of the components. It works perfectly and is free of damage.
