This is a nice replacement pair of threaded clamps for a Marsh Picture Frame Tool. This is the tool that later became the Stanley No. 100 Mitre Machine after Stanley bought Marsh in 1926. This part was salvaged from a tool produced in the early 1900's. Each mitre machine had two threaded clamps - 1 (this one) has "Rockford ILL" cast into it and the other has "H.C. Marsh" cast into it. The original finish has wear and there is no damage. It is right-handed threads, meaning turning the knob on the tool to the right loosens the clamp and turning the knob to the left tightens the clamp. Part No. MM-7 in the diagram in the last photo (Stanley diagram).
